Gold Star Gymnastics of Vancouver, WA was granted the bid to host the 2007 Fall Washington State USAG Level 4-5-6 Gymnastics Championships.
The State Competition will held the first week in December in the Vancouver, WA area and will see athletes represented from the entire state area.
Each gymnastics club across Washington will train throughout the summer, attend local and regional competitions qualifying their level 4, 5, and 6 athletes to this culminating competition for 2007.
The athletes will train a variety of hours, from 4-14 hours for the beginning Level 4's and increasing to 7-17 hours for the more accomplished Level 6's.
The competitions they enter and receiving the mandated score, will earn them the right to attend the Fall State Meet-2007.
Approximately 430 athletes will qualify and attend this wonderful competition. For some of these athletes, it will be the culminating competition for 2007...with some advancing to the next level of gymnastics training and competitions with their respective clubs.
